🎧 Important Information
✅ Albums are cheaper on our online store than on the app (no Apple/Google commissions).
📩 After your order is confirmed, your albums will be manually activated and then available in the Bio Music One app for download and saving. Please allow some time for activation.
⚠️ Order using the same email address associated with your Apple or Google account to allow us to activate your albums quickly.
⚠️ If you are using an iPhone or iPad, be sure to click “Share my Apple ID” when you first log in to the app. Otherwise, your albums cannot be activated.
🔔 To order quickly: click the “Add to Cart” button and then click “Proceed to Checkout.” You can enter a promo code in the next step, if you have one.
📲 How to retrieve your albums
- Download the Bio Music One app (App Store or Play Store).
- Sign in with your Apple ID or Google account.
- On iOS, do not hide your email address when signing in.
- If Apple automatically signs you in with your Apple ID hidden, follow these instructions:
> Close the app (swipe down from the top of the screen) > tap Settings > My Apple ID > Sign in with Apple ID > Bio Music One > Turn off My Apple ID > Reopen the app > sign in (menu > Albums Series 1 or 2) > tap the “Share My Apple ID” option - A download arrow will appear on your activated albums.
- Tap to download them.
- Read the instructions in the app to use them correctly
- You will need 6 GB of free space and at least iOS 13.0 if you are using an iPhone/iPad.
