All the recordings that incorporate Bio Music One process are exclusively produced by the independent label, Loriana Music Limited. Consequently, every query and/or claim concerning the purchase of Bio Music One albums must be addressed directly to Loriana Music Limited through one of the following contact details:

The creation of a client account indicates the acceptance of our sales terms and conditions every time an order is placed with this client account in our webshop.
Shipping of orders
Every order received before 12pm is normally shipped the same working day. Every order received after 12pm is normally shipped the next working day. Every order received during a non-working day (including Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) is normally shipped the next working day following the order. Loriana Music Limited will endeavour to fulfil this commitment. However, should any event outside of Loriana Music Limited’s control prevent Loriana Music Limited from shipping albums in the timescale stated above, Loriana Music commits to ship all orders as soon as possible after receiving them. Every order is shipped through the Royal Mail postal services in Great Britain and the national postal service of the country of destination for all orders sent outside the UK.
Delivery of orders
All our orders are sent first class from France and are therefore expected to be delivered within 48h. For orders sent to the EU, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 working days. For orders sent outside the EU, delivery may take up to 10 to 15 working days or more if shipped to the USA. We do not ship CDs or USBs to Africa, Asia, India, Australasia and South America. However, some orders may take longer to be delivered if they are sent prior to a holiday period in the country of destination. In this case, delivery may take considerably longer.
A delivery fee is automatically added at the checkout, the sum of which depends on the quantity ordered, the type of product ordered and the delivery destination address. If the order contains the pack of the 6 albums, Loriana Music Limited will automatically send it as recorded delivery for the same delivery fee. An order will only be considered lost if it is not delivered after 28 working days. In this case, Loriana Music Limited reserves the right to ask the client to provide a different address before re-sending the order.
Loriana Music Limited cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incomplete or wrong address provided by the client. Therefore, all orders non received by the client due to the client’s mistake in providing his/her address will be considered lost and at the charge of the client, unless the item is returned to Loriana Music Limited by the postal services. Should the item not be returned to Loriana Music Limited within 14 working days, the client will be expected to make, and pay for, another order, should he/she wished to have the order re-sent to him/her at the amended address..
Our CDs and USBs are manufactured to the highest standards by professional manufacturers. However, should they be faulty in any way upon receipt by the client, Loriana Music will replace them immediately. Proof of fault must be provided by the client by sending back the faulty product.
Cancellation and return of orders
The client has the right to cancel his/her order within 7 working days of purchase online. In which case, a full refund will be issued immediately to the client’s account or credit card used to make the purchase. However, should the client’s cancellation occur after the order has been sent, the client will need to return the order at his/her own cost prior to the order being refunded in full minor the shipping costs. Please note : Bio Music One CDs are cellophane wrapped. No refund will ever be made for any CD returned of which the cellophane wrapping has been removed. Albums purchased as downloads for the Bio Music One App are not refundable.
